This is a fantastic read. Although parts get rather clinical, I found it captured my attention all the way through.
Great for professionals in the fields of counseling and psychology as well as those who really want to fully understand what porn addiction is, how it is manifested, what damage it scientifically does,and how to overcome.
I wish their had been more information on healing porn addiction than there was, but over all, I was very happy with my purchase.

Great book, great help for anyone looking for answers in this technological world that has to some extent separated human and to an extent fractured humanity. This book offers perspective on the background of this corrupted industry and explains and shows it’s fruit, its bad fruit for man.
God wants to give us life and make it more abundant and that includes sex, the gift of God given to man exclusively, not to animals as they only reproduce but no, man expresses his love to his spouse via sex. It is an expression of love and a special worship of God within the holy of holies behind the veil in the private bedroom of our hearts and rooms with our husband, our wife.
May this book bless and give hope and redemption in the midst of this corrupted and perverted world. There is hope, there is peace, there is grace, there is love in the Lord Jesus Christ.

I read this book with great interest, hoping that someone would finally help me get the connection between the brain and sexual sin. I still don’t get it. If Jesus Christ says, “out of the heart comes sexual immorality” then sexual sin doesn’t originate in the brain. It originates in the heart. The biblical view of sexual sin must never waiver from the heart influencing the brain, then the brain influencing the behavior. The HEART is “wired” for false intimacy. The heart MUST be change to change the brain, to change the behavior. The author will help many understand the importance of the brain, but being weak on the heart as the cause, is very problematic!
